Timothée Bouchon

Timothée Bouchon is a seasoned advisor serving clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as financing mandates across a wide range of industries.

Timothée joined Cafa in 2026, after ten years of experience in investment banking. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous transactions, including acquisitions, business sales, as well as equity and debt financings for listed companies, private companies and companies owned by private equity funds. His transactional experience spans a wide range of industries, including industrials, manufacturing, B2B services, retail and consumer products, and environmental services.

Prior to joining Cafa, Timothée held positions at National Bank Financial and TD Securities, where he developed a strong expertise in corporate finance, strategic advisory services, and transaction execution in various market environments.

Timothée holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, with a specialization in accounting.
