Lucio Di Clemente

Lucio Di Clemente has more than 20 years of leadership experience as President, CEO and COO of several iconic Canadian companies across a broad spectrum of industries. As an executive, corporate director and business advisor, Lucio has extensive financial and transactional experience, consummating deals in excess of $3B over his career to date.

In addition to his C-suite career, Lucio is a practitioner of effective corporate governance. Over the past 30 years, he has led and served on public and private company and not-for-profit boards of directors.

Lucio currently sits on the board of Spark Power Group (TSX:SPG) and serves on their Audit and Special committees. He is a board member of Fer-Pal Infrastructure Inc and he serves as the Audit Committee Chair for Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund (TSX:CHE-UN).

Lucio currently serves as a Group Leader with CEO Global Network; mentoring numerous highly successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives.

Lucio holds a business degree from Ryerson, is a CPA, CA, earned an MBA from the University of Toronto and has an ICD.D designation as a professional corporate director.
