Jacques Savard

Jacques Savard has a background in management, corporate strategy and business financing. Jacques has been involved in various mandates for appraising and realizing business opportunities for clients in various fields including industrial engineering, cleantech, aerospace and services.

Jacques also specializes in advising aboriginal clientele on the establishment of community centres of excellence for strategic investments.

While at Cafa, Jacques served as an interim representative of a Canadian financial institution providing buyers financing for exports; he now shares that experience with his partners and their clients.

Before joining Cafa, Jacques coordinated the management buyout of a private company and served as interim COO. He was previously a senior portfolio manager, private equity, international expansion for the Caisse de dépôt et placement, and a portfolio manager at the FSTQ.

Jacques was a senior manager, strategic and financial services at Deloitte & Touche.

Jacques is a graduate of McGill University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
