   The Cafa Privacy Policy governs all collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Cafa. The Cafa Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is exempted from the definition of ‘personal information’ in applicable privacy statutes.

   We may collect personal information from you when you contact us in person, by phone, by mail, by email, via the Cafa website either directly or via an agent or employee duly authorized to represent you.If you choose to provide us with personal information via an online form, this constitutes your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.Essentially, the personal data that we may request from you via the online form is under the heading “It all starts with a conversation“:

    Through its website cafa.ca /cafafinance.com, Cafa provides its customers information about itself and its services. The only personal information collected on the website is done so on a voluntary basis for the purposes of subscribing to the Cafa Newsletter and other occasional mailings which we believe might be of interest to you.Like most websites, cafa.ca uses cookies to record data on your movements (such as the last section of cafa.ca visited, last link clicked, the URL address visited before logging onto cafa.ca / cafa finance.com, etc.) and on the type of computer and browser used.
