Philippe Rodrigue

Since joining Cafa, Philippe Rodrigue has acted on a large variety and number of M&A transactions, management buyouts, financing and business valuations.

Philippe has acquired transactional experience in several business sectors including manufacturing, B2B services, retail and tech. Transactions completed by Philippe notably involved financial market participants such as Private Equity funds and alternative lenders.

Philippe joined Cafa in January 2016 after obtaining a BAA in business administration (finance option) from the University of Sherbrooke. He also holds a professional development certificate in business valuation from McGill University (2018). During the cooperative part of his academic program, Philippe gained experience in the field of loan syndication and risk management while working at GE Capital.
