Paul McManus

Paul specializes in financial modelling, business valuation and preparation of other M&A documents, such as Confidential Information Memorandums, Flow of Funds, Letters of Intent, etc. He also executes numerous in-depth searches for sale and acquisition mandates, whereby he identifies strategic and financial acquirers and acquisition targets, respectively.

Since joining Cafa, Paul McManus has worked on several acquisition, sale and financing mandates across a wide variety of industries.

Paul began his career at Cafa as an intern in the summer of 2018. After obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a minor in Accounting at McGill University, he joined Cafa as an Analyst in 2019. Prior to working at Cafa, Paul gained managerial and sales experience while working part-time during his studies.
